If you really want to be successful with your blog, you need to develop your blog marketing strategy. How can you tell and blog about your blog?
Here Some Blog Marketing Tips:
Set your goals
Remember that you need to set goals first. For example, if you want to increase your viewership by 1000 views per day in 90 days, that’s a good goal. But, you need to add to that goal how you do it. For example, “I increase my views from paid ads to 1000 views per day in 90 days, publish related blogs every day for 90 days and share them with my email list and social media contacts.”
Understand your audience
If you don’t know who your audience is, it’s hard to create the right content, know what solutions to market for them and how to get ahead of your audience. Take the time to study your audience, and create an audience personality (or some) so that you know who you are creating something for.
Decide on Ideas of Content
Once you are ready with that information, start writing themed ideas. It helps to stick to the five or fewer categories where the subject lives. Thereby you can narrow down the blog and not cover it more widely, while maintaining the interest of your ideal audience members.
Develop a content calendar
Now that you have content ideas, you want to develop a content calendar so that when you are ready, you can look at the calendar and create it. You don’t want to brainstorm when you’re ready to write, or send your ideas to your writers, or when you’re looking for PLR.
Set up a promotion process
You don’t want to skip anything, so create a checklist of everything you need to do to promote every blog post you publish. For example email lists, social media, groups, ads, and so on.
If you are curious about your niche and your audience, you are more interested in learning about your content and your audience. This means that creating content (or content ideas for someone else to create) will be much easier for you.
Don’t give up
Blogging for business is part of a long-term customer acquisition process. It won’t be overnight. Some people need to blog continuously for a year before they really start to notice, but if you choose a position with an audience and you are targeting them properly, it will happen. Don’t give up.
Understand the various marketing channels
If you are not aware of all the different marketing channels available to you and it is related to your niche (such as all the social networks you need to be in, email marketing, advertising opportunities, live events and so on), you may have a hard time getting the word out. Research your opportunities.
